Bericht Nutreco is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), held on 1 April 2010, approved the proposal to appoint Mrs H. Verhagen as new member of the Supervisory Board. Since 2007 Mrs Verhagen is Managing Director Group Human Resources at TNT. She is also member of the Supervisory Board of SNS Reaal. Mrs Verhagen was born in 1966 and has the Dutch nationality. The Supervisory Board believes that the extensive experience of Mrs H. Verhagen with an international, stock-listed company, both in business management and corporate positions, will be an excellent addition to the Supervisory Board following the departure of Mr Y. Barbieux.
