ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the international design, consulting, engineering and management services company, announced today that its Supervisory Board will nominate Mr. Renier Vree to become a member of the Executive Board of ARCADIS NV in the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This nomination will be on the agenda of the General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for May 12, 2010. The current CFO, Mr. Ben van der Klift, will complete his term which runs until the upcoming shareholders meeting. After 14 years with PRC/ARCADIS, he has decided in good cooperation to continue his career outside the company.
