Guernsey, Channel Islands, February 9, 2010: AP Alternative Assets, L.P. (“AP Alternative Assets”; Euronext Amsterdam: AAA) announced today that, in connection with its ongoing deleveraging strategy, AAA Investments, L.P. (the “Investment Partnership”) to date has repurchased $62.5 million of face value of its senior secured debt for $53.1 million. As disclosed in AP Alternative Assets’ financial statements, the Investment Partnership or one of its affiliates has the right to repurchase additional debt in the future at a discount to par value, subject to certain conditions.
