TNT sells its Czech call centre activities

Amsterdam, 22 January 2010 – TNT has today signed an agreement to sell DomiCall s.r.o., a Czech telemarketing company to a private enterprise active in the call centre business.
DomiCall, based in Prague, Czech Republic, is part of European Mail Networks and provides call centre/telemarketing services mainly to the automotive and insurance sectors.
The sale of DomiCall is in line with TNT’s strategy to manage its European Mail Networks business (EMN) for value realisation through partnerships and sale, as announced during the company’s Analyst Meeting on 3 December 2009.
