Corio announces that Mr. J.G. Haars has made known his wish to retire. For that reason Mr. Haars will hand in his resignation as CFO during the General Shareholders’ Meeting on 23 April 2010. Corio is looking to appoint a successor as soon as possible.
To guarantee continuity and a seamless transfer of responsibility, Mr. Haars has agreed to act as an advisor of Corio until 1 May 2011 at the latest.
