Guernsey, 28 September 2009 -The Board of Directors of Volta Finance Limited (the "Company") decided to recommend at its last meeting a dividend of €0.10 per share for the semi-annual period e*nded 31 July 2009, amounting to €3 million. Its level corresponds to the originally anticipated net return on the Company's assets applied to the Company's performing asset base as of 15 September 2009, the date of the Company's last Board Meeting.
