's-Hertogenbosch - The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Heijmans N.V. ('Heijmans') approved the proposed amendment to the company's articles of association. The amendment concerns a reverse stock split, whereby 10 ordinary shares or depositary receipts for ordinary shares each with a nominal value of EUR 0.03 will be reverse split into 1 ordinary share or 1 depositary receipt for an ordinary share with a nominal value of EUR 0.30.
