Liberty Acquisition Holdings (International) Company announced that it anticipates that the conditions to closing for its acquisition of Pearl Group Limited and Opal Reassurance Limited will have been met by the week commencing 31st August 2009 and accordingly closing of the transaction will happen during that week. As previously announced, on completion the listing on
Euronext will be maintained and the intention remains to achieve a listing on the London Stock Exchange as soon as practicable.
