Successful pricing of US$ 2.5 billion benchmark transaction for LeasePlan
On 28 April 2009 LeasePlan successfully priced US$ 2.5 billion 3.00% Senior Unsecured Notes under the Credit Guarantee Scheme of the State of the Netherlands. The 3-year bond has a final maturity date of 7 May 2012 and will settle on 7 May 2009, subject to customary closing conditions.
