The Supervisory Board of Royal Wessanen nv announces that Ad Veenhof has stepped down as CEO of Royal Wessanen with immediate effect. The search for a successor is expected to be completed within a few months. For the interim period, Frans Koffrie will act as CEO of the Company. Mr. Koffrie is currently member of the Supervisory Board and will step down from this position.
