Gouda - Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) announces that it is acquiring the Austrian company ILS GmbH. ILS is one of the strongest ICT players, as well as being the biggest IBM partner, in Austria. The acquisition price amounts to 6,5 times the EBITA and will be paid in cash. The acquisition will directly contribute to the revenue per share. The management of ILS will remain in place after the acquisition, which guarantees continuity.
