Following the approval by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 30 May 2008 to delay publication of the 2007 Annual Report, OctoPlus N.V. (Euronext: OCTO) announces today that it will also postpone publication of its results for the first 6 months of 2008, previously scheduled for August 1, until after the 2007 Annual Report is published.
