Gouda - Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) announces the acquisition of Swiss ICT company IT&T, Information Technology & Trust AG, via its German ICT business unit, Infoma® Software Consulting. The purchase price (including earn-out) is based on six times the EBITA and will be paid in cash. IT&T will contribute directly to the earnings per share. The management of IT&T will stay on after the acquisition.
