Bericht Rotterdam, February 7, 2008 – Rodamco Europe N.V. reports strong like for like growth of 5.8% in net rental income, and 2007 year results broadly in line with 2006 for both direct (+1%) and indirect result (+1%), before one-off expenses. One off charges mostly related to the mid 2007 merger with Unibail bring total Net Shareholder’s Profit to €1,491 million, 2% below 2006 results. Triple NAV per share went up by 21.0% and property assets grew by 14.6% in comparison to year-end 2006.
