Amsterdam, 19 November, 2007 - Further to the share buyback program announced on 30 July 2007 and its euro 200 million first tranche execution announced on 9 November 2007, TNT N.V. announces that:
• on 12 November 2007, it purchased 283,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 27.2477 per share,
• on 13 November 2007, it purchased 290,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 27.5446 per share,
• on 14 November 2007, it purchased 259,666 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 28.0394 per share,
• on 15 November 2007, it purchased 370,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 28.1635 per share,
• on 16 November 2007, it purchased 490,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 27.6430 per share,
• during the period from 12 November 2007 until and including 16 November 2007, it purchased 1,692,666 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 27.7346 per share, and
• the total amount of the share buyback until and including 16 November 2007 therefore amounts to 23.47% of the first euro 200 million tranche.
It is TNT's intention to cancel the repurchased shares.
