Unibail-Rodamco announces it has bought yesterday 2,342,314 shares of Rodamco Europe via ABN Amro acting independently (as indicated in the Unibail-Rodamco’s press release of 27 August 2007). These shares have been bought at an average price of €96.0 per share.
Consequently Unibail-Rodamco currently owns 88,218,062 Rodamco Europe shares representing 98.4% of its share capital.
