OctoPlus N.V. (“OctoPlus” or the “Company”) (Euronext: OCTO), the drug delivery and development company, announces today that the prospectus for its follow-on financing, which was announced on November 9th, is available. Furthermore, the Company announces that it plans to organise an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to appoint three new supervisory board members.
