With reference to our press release of 1 November 2007 and the press release of TomTom dated 7 November 2007, Tele Atlas hereby confirms the receipt of a letter of TomTom terminating its offer for all outstanding shares of € 21.25 in cash per share and announcing its intention to make a new offer for all outstanding shares of € 30 in cash per share.
