Getronics today announced that its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) has approved all proposed resolutions relating to the public cash offers by KPN on all the issued and outstanding shares and convertible bonds of Getronics (the Offers) with a large majority. Getronics informed the shareholders and the holders of convertible bonds about the process and the proceedings surrounding the Offers for Getronics and explained and discussed the Offers.
