Amsterdam, 4 September 2007 – AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V.
(EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: AMG) announced today that it and its subsidiaries have
completed a USD 275 million term loan and multicurrency revolving credit facility
agreement with Credit Suisse as the bookrunner, lead arranger and issuing bank. The
credit facility was successfully syndicated to a group of leading international banks.
