Amsterdam, 11 September 2007 - Further to the share buyback program announced on 26 February 2007 and of which the start date has been published on 20 April 2007, TNT N.V. announces that:
• on 04 September 2007, it purchased 145,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 31.2964 per share,
• on 05 September 2007, it purchased 177,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 31.2197 per share,
• on 06 September 2007, it purchased 164,402 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 31.3188 per share,
• on 07 September 2007, it purchased 160,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 31.2279 per share,
• on 10 September 2007, it purchased 215,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 30.3660 per share,
• during the period from 23 April 2007 until and including 10 September 2007, it purchased 12,350,019 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 31.7839 per share, and
• the total amount of the share buyback until and including 10 September 2007 therefore amounts to 98.1% of the announced buyback up to euro 400 million.
It is TNT's intention to cancel the repurchased shares.
