Halifax, Nova Scotia, July 13, 2007 (TSX: HII.A & HII.B and AEX:HII) – Richard Homburg, Chairman and CEO of Homburg Invest Inc. (“Homburg Invest” or the “Company”) announces that the sale of Alexis Nihon Real Estate Investment Trust’s “co-owned properties” to Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust has been completed. Previously announced on June 5th 2007, the transaction was completed for total consideration of $17.3 million CDN including cash and the assumption of related property debt.
