ING closes sale of Regio Bank to SNS REAAL
ING announced today that on 1 July 2007, it has closed the sale of Regio Bank to SNS REAAL.
As previously announced on the 14 May 2007, the transaction results in a net profit of about EUR 25 million for ING Group and an increase of 3 basis points on the Tier-1 ratio of ING Bank N.V.
