Rotterdam, June 6, 2007 – The shareholders of Rodamco Europe N.V. (“Rodamco”) today discussed the contemplated combination between Rodamco and Unibail Holding S.A. (“Unibail”) during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting (“EGM”), held in Amsterdam.
The Management Board presented and explained the key elements of the intended combination to create the leading pan-European commercial property company.
