(Euronext Amsterdam: AAA) announced today that it understands that AP Investment Europe Limited (an investment vehicle established by Apollo with the aim of generating current income and capital appreciation from a portfolio of mezzanine, debt and equity investments principally issued by companies established or operating in Europe, and in which AP Alternative Assets is currently the sole investor) intends to raise further funds for investment through a private placement of its equity securities. Such fundraising effort may not occur or be successful. This announcement does not constitute or form part of an offer to sell or solicitation of an offer to purchase or subscribe for any securities issued or to be issued by AP Investment Europe Limited, whether in the United States or in any other jurisdiction. Such securities have not been and will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”) or under the securities laws of any other jurisdiction, and may not be offered or sold in the United States or in any other jurisdiction absent registration or pursuant to an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act or from the registration requirements in any such other jurisdiction.
