Halifax, Nova Scotia, July 27, 2006 (TSX: HII..A & HII..B & AEX: HII) - Richard Homburg, Chairman and CEO of Homburg Invest Inc. (“Homburg Invest” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has finalized the acquisition of the recently constructed Headquarters and Development Centre of Infineon Technologies A.G. The property, located in Munich, Germany, was acquired at an aggregate purchase price of approximately EURO 418 million (CDN $600 million) including closing costs and fits well within the Company’s strategic plan.
