("Homburg" or the "Company") (Euronext Amsterdam: HII, TSX: HII.A and HII.B) today announces that the Public Offer was finalized with the distribution on June 21, 2006, of 14,285,715 Class A Shares at €3.50 (CAD 4.91) per share.
