Crucell N.V. (Euronext, NASDAQ: CRXL; Swiss Exchange: SW CRX) and Berna Biotech AG (Swiss Exchange: BBIN) announced today that Crucell holds more than 98% of all issued shares of Berna Biotech. Crucell has filed for the cancellation of the remaining minority held shares in exchange for the consideration offered in the public exchange offer. Berna Biotech plans to have its shares delisted from the SWX Swiss Exchange upon completion of the cancellation procedure.
