(Euronext, NASDAQ: CRXL) announced today that the General Meeting of Shareholders of Berna Biotech A.G. has agreed, subject to the exchange offer of Crucell being consummated, to abolish the transfer restrictions and to appoint three board members proposed by Crucell to the board of directors of Berna.
