Leiden, The Netherlands, November 23, 2005 - Dutch biotechnology company Crucell N.V. (Euronext, NASDAQ: CRXL) announced today that it has signed a PER.C6® license agreement with Ireland-based Tibotec Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The non-exclusive agreement allows Tibotec to use the PER.C6® cell line for research in the field of virology.
