Royal DSM, a global science-based company active in health, nutrition and materials, informs its stakeholders that Patheon N.V., a company in which DSM holds approximately 53.5 million ordinary shares, has today commenced an Initial Public Offering.
As part of the Initial Public Offering, DSM is offering 4,878,049 of its ordinary shares in Patheon N.V. at an estimated price of between US$ 19.00 and US$ 22.00. Patheon N.V. will not receive any proceeds from the sale of ordinary shares by DSM.
