Propertize noteholders meetings on issuer substitution consent succesfully passed

Propertize invited Noteholders of its February and March 2017 Notes and its February 2019 Notes for a Noteholders’ meeting which took place on 3 June 2016. For the 2017 Notes an adjourned meeting was held on the 28 June. The consent was successfully passed for all Notes to amend certain documents in order to have the option of replacing and substituting the issuer by the State of the Netherlands. Propertize has now the flexibility replace and substitute the issuer by the State of the Netherlands. The substitution for one or more Series of Notes may also occur if there is no closing of today announced sale of Propertize.
