Amsterdam - June 9, 2016 - Intertrust N.V. ("Intertrust" or "Company") [ticker symbol INTER] a leading global provider of high-value trust and corporate services, announces that it has successfully raised c.€122 million through an accelerated bookbuild offering (the "Offering") of c.6.8 million newly issued shares (the "New Offer Shares") at an offer price of €18.00 per share. The net proceeds from the Offering will be used to finance part of the acquisition of Elian Group, as announced in a separate press release dated 6 June 2016.
