ForFarmers share buyback program completed
ForFarmers N.V. has repurchased 74,285 shares in the period from June 2, 2016 up to and including June 3, 2016.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 6.95 per share for a total consideration of € 516,281. These repurchases were made in accordance with the authorisation granted by the General Meeting of ForFarmers on April 15, 2016 as part of the buyback scheme to be used for the purpose of employee participation plans as announced on April 18, 2016.
