ForFarmers shares buy-back update
ForFarmers N.V. has repurchased 139,111 shares in the period from May 24, 2016 up to and including June 1, 2016.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 7.01 per share for a total consideration of € 975,168. These repurchases were made in accordance with the authorisation granted by the General Meeting of ForFarmers on April 15, 2016 as part of the buy-back scheme which will be used for the purpose of employee participation plans announced on April 18, 2016.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date amounts to 325,715 shares for a total consideration of € 2,167,086.
