Today, 19 May 2016, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Delta Lloyd N.V. adopted the financial statements for 2015. John Lister and Paul Nijhof were appointed as member of the Supervisory Board, in either case for a four year term.
All other items on the agenda were also adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
