Adoption of the Annual Accounts for the financial year 2015.
Adoption of the 2015 dividend distribution proposal.
Appointment of Mrs. Inge Plochaet as a member of the Supervisory Board.
Change of the company name into Refresco Group N.V.
The name change into Refresco Group N.V. will become effective as per 13 May 2016 close of business.
