DOCDATA N.V. (Waalwijk, The Netherlands) announces that the transaction with ASSA ABLOY, which was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of DOCDATA N.V. Wednesday 16 December 2015, on the sale and purchase of all shares in the issued share capital of the company IAI industrial systems B.V. has been completed this afternoon. After the fulfilment of all agreed conditions, the shares of IAI industrial systems B.V. have been delivered by DOCDATA N.V. to ASSA ABLOY Nederland Holding B.V. upon payment of the purchase proceeds.
