ROTTERDAM, The Netherlands (2 December, 2015) - IMCD N.V., a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and food ingredients, today announces that is has been informed that Emma (BC) Holding S.C.A., an entity indirectly controlled by the investment funds managed by Bain Capital Investors, LLC ("Bain Capital"), the major shareholder of IMCD, has placed 4 million IMCD shares at EUR 33.60 per share with institutional investors in an accelerated bookbuilding process.
