August 19, 2015 - Altice Group (Euronext: ATC) announces that Vivendi today received a total of €1.974 billion representing the balance of the purchase price payable under the agreements entered into with Altice, announced on February 27, 2015, for the sale of its remaining 20% interest in Numericable-SFR.
