August 5th 2015 - Altice Group (Euronext: ATC) announces today that it acquired on August 3rd 16,197 shares in Numericable-SFR at a price per share of €50.11 and 29,338 shares in Numericable-SFR at a price per share of €50.42 from some members of the Numericable-SFR management team. The total consideration of the transactions is €2,308,854.
