Amsterdam, the Netherlands – July 29th 2015. Flow Traders N.V. (“Flow Traders”), a leading technology-enabled liquidity provider operating on a global scale that specialises in exchange traded products, will release its first half year results for the six months ended June 30 through a press release on August 19th, at 7:30 a.m. CET (1:30 AM EST).
Interim dividend
Simultaneously with the publication of the 2015 first half year results, Flow Traders will announce its first interim dividend as a listed company. The ex-dividend date will be August 26th, the record date will be August 27th and the payment date will be September 2nd.
Analyst conference call and webcast
On August 19th 2015, Flow Traders will host an analyst conference call to discuss the results for the first half year 2015 ended June 30. An audio webcast of this call will be made available via our website www.flowtraders.com.
