("AMG") is hosting a facility tour and presentation at the AMG Graphite facility in Hauzenberg, Germany on 25 June 2015. AMG Graphite produces high purity natural graphite, known for its conductivity, lubrication, heat resistance and bonding properties. This event will provide an opportunity to view the production of these materials, discuss the market dynamics and meet with AMG Graphite's leadership team. The presenters include AMG's Chief Financial Officer, Amy Ard, and AMG Graphite's President, Frank Berger.
