Zaandam, the Netherlands, June 8, 2015 - Ahold has repurchased 1,355,000 Ahold common shares in the period from June 1, 2015 up to and including June 5, 2015. The shares were repurchased at an average price of €18.5534 per share for a total consideration of €25.14 million. These repurchases were made as part of the €500 million share buyback program announced on February 26, 2015.
