Royal DSM, the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company, has repurchased 224,093 of its own shares in the period from 18 May 2015 up to and including 21 May 2015 at an average price of €53.18. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering existing option plans, announced on 14 May 2015. The consideration of this repurchase was €11.9 million.
