Volta Finance Limited (the "Company") would like to announce that, in connection with the proposed dual admission of shares in the Company ("Shares") to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc ("Admission"), which is expected to become effective on or around 29 May 2015, it is expected that there will be a change in the Company's primary central securities depositary from the Nederlands Centraal Instituut voor Giraal Effectenverkeer BV ("Euroclear NL") to Euroclear UK & Ireland Limited ("Euroclear UI").
