ESPERITE notifies that the date of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has changed and now it will be held on the 17 of June 2015. The change of date is due to the extended period of time allocated to complete all audit-related procedures with the new audit firm. A subsequent communication will convene the AGM officially and provide all the documentation and pertaining information.
ESPERITE also informs that the Q1 trading update will be released on 19 May 2019.
