AMSTERDAM (1 April 2015) – Earlier today, Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and Euronext Amsterdam: "CLB NA") reported that it repurchased a total of 84,402 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Monday, 23 March 2015, through Wednesday, 1 April 2015, at an average price stated in USD of $104.67 per share. The Company is amending its release to report that it actually repurchased 103,402 shares during the same period of time at an average price stated in USD of $104.40. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
