De Bilt, 24 December 2014 - Grontmij N.V., a listed consulting & engineering company with a strong European presence, today announces it successfully completed the divestment of its 24% stake in and associated receivables on the 'Ruimte voor Ruimte' sustainable development partnership to the Dutch province of Noord-Brabant. Today's announcement follows the press release of 26 September 2014 when Grontmij announced the intended divestment. The net proceeds amount to € 8,9 million, including accrued interest and an additional receivable provided in the fourth quarter. The sale is part of the selected divestment programme of Grontmij's 'Back on Track' strategy. The transaction will have a limited positive effect on Grontmij's result for 2014.
