NB Private Equity Partners Limited ("NBPE" or "the Company"), a closed-end private equity investment company, today released its Interim Financial Report for the period ending 30 June 2014 and announced a revised Net Asset Value ("NAV") estimate for 31 July 2014. This statement is made pursuant to article 5:25e of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht) which requirement stems from the EU Transparency Directive.1 The Company also announced an investor call scheduled for Wednesday, 3 September 2014.
